Good and friendly service and able to get nurses appointment the same day. I did have to wait 20 mins over my appointed time for the doctor however very impressed overall.

The doctor (Dr Trotter) was very thorough and was helpful as possible. Unfortunately the ENT dept at the, were less than helpful themselves Cohen Dr Trotter chased dep an appt, which was meant to be within 2 weeks of a recent discharge from Cumberland Infirmary after almost being place in ICU. I was in for over 7 week. Dr Trotter has a wonderful committed manner.

When phoning for repeat prescriptions it is very difficult.

Dr Royal came into my nurses apt as she was the duty doctors and she was very helpful and kindly spared her time and expertise to help as I am a very complicated patient with a number of rare conditions. It is often that I come across doctors who do not help very much so this was a pleasant experience. Dr Trotter is much the same.
